Kermit Whitfield 100-Yard Kickoff Return Gave Florida State Late Lead Over Auburn

FSU was saved by a freshman. It wasn’t Jameis Winston. Kermit Whitfield returned a kickoff 100-yards for a touchdown. According to the ESPN broadcast, he had the fastest 40-time of any incoming freshman in college football at 4.37.
