Update: Apparently, Webb might actually have caught heat for accidentally favoriting a friend’s tweet about Jameis Winston. [via @OFA_Jarryd]

Original Post:

Katherine Webb’s BCS fairy tale had to come to an end at some point. The day after the 2013 BCS National Championship Game, Webb became a celebrity. The morning after the 2014 BCS National Championship, she’s facing allegations of racism on Twitter. During Jameis Winston’s postgame interview, A.J. McCarron’s mom, Dee Dee Bonner, sent out a tweet wondering if she was listening to English.

Apparently, Webb Favorited the Tweet. So today people are attacking the former Miss Alabama. Webb says it was an accident, but that’s not enough for some people. Even if either woman’s only crime is loving one quarterback more than any other.

(I am usually against posting tweets from randoms on Twitter, but Webb responded directly to this one and it made me laugh.)
