Dayton's Matt Kavanaugh Left Game After His Face Was Stepped On

Dayton center Matt Kavanaugh was forced to leave today’s game against St. Louis after Billikens forward Dwayne Evans inadvertently stepped on his face. To state the obvious: ouch.

Kavanaugh was able to walk off under his own power, so hopefully there will be no long-lasting effects.
