Harry Zolnierczyk scored an amazing goal in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins’ 4-0 win over the Syracuse Crunch on Wednesday night. (You can pick up the play at the 1:39-mark in the video above.) Zolnierczyk, who was traded from the Anaheim Ducks to the Pittsburgh Penguins over the summer, basically went 1-on-5 while his teammates were making a line change and scored a spectacular goal. Zolnierczyk’s goal, falling down, between two defenders, over the goalie’s shoulder, came 91 seconds into the 3rd period. This is the new standard for AHL hockey.
