This Rickie Fowler Putt at the Accenture Match Play Championship Reminds Us Golf is a Cruel Game
By Michael Shamburger

Rickie Fowler had a birdie putt on the par-4 15th hole to stay one up on Jim Furyk during the Accenture Match Play Championship. Fowler was dealt a cruel hand from the golf gods as the ball hung on the lip and refused to fall. Fowler dropped a shot on the 16th, squared the match on the 17th, and went one up on the 18th to advance in the tournament.
