Ted Valentine and Cincinnati Coach Mick Cronin Did Some Close-Talking

Ted Valentine is officiating the Cincinnati-UConn game and it’s being aired on national television. It was only a matter of time before cameras captured Valentine pulling a Valentine.

After Bearcats coach Mick Cronin expressed his displeasure with a call, the high-profile official escalated the situation by invading some personal space.

While Valentine’s antics are well-known, Cronin has spent the majority of the second half screaming at anyone within earshot, making for an all-around tense afternoon in Hartford.
