March Madness, Conference Tourney week continues. Michigan survived against Illinois, but another conference top seed went down, when St. Bonaventure’s Jordan Gathers drilled this three pointer as time expired.
St. Louis has been struggling down the stretch, and have now lost 4 of their last 5, after starting 25-2. Could this drop them as far as an 8 seed? I wouldn’t rule it out. St. Bonaventure, meanwhile, is now lurking out there as a bracket buster, waiting to play the winner of Dayton and St. Joseph’s.
