Gerald Green Threw Himself an Alley-Oop Off the Backboard

Gerald Green had 32 points off the bench in the Suns 109-93 win over the Blazers on Friday. Green was 12-20 from the field with 5 rebounds. I’m not sure what the statistical breakdown of this particular play is, but Green threw the ball off the backboard to himself and dunked. This was the first basket of the 4th quarter and it gave the Suns an 81-80 lead that they never gave up, outscoring the Blazers 30-13 in the quarter.
