Fran Fraschilla weighed in on Mitch McGary’s one-year suspension. Apparently, it’s a slippery slope from a college student smoking pot to a commercial airline pilot placing lives in jeopardy while intoxicated. Also, airline pilots are employees and union members, with the right to collectively bargain and to agree to sensible safety regulations as part of a compensation agreement. Good parallel, Fran.
