Lance Stephenson apparently doesn’t subscribe to the ‘Don’t Provide Bulletin Board Material’ school of thought. Headed into the Eastern Conference Finals against Miami, the Pacers shooting guard has said that he wants to make Dwyane Wade’s oft-injured knee “flare up“, and made otherwise bold proclamations about the two teams.
“I feel like we’re better,” Stephenson said, via NBA.com. “We’re smarter. We got more talented players. I think we’re ready this time and we just got to bring it and we got to show everybody. Not talk about it. Show it.”
Indiana fans would certainly hope that Stephenson and the Pacers feel this way, but probably wish against their saying it out loud.
