Caroline Wozniacki Changed Her Twitter Avatar and Rory McIlroy's Golf Game Went to Hell

After finishing the first round of the Memorial Tournament at nine-under, Rory McIlroy seemed to be taking his breakup with Caroline Wozniacki quite well. However, after Wozniacki, who was bounced from the French Open in the first round, changed her avatar to the picture above, McIlroy has since posted a six-over 78 in his second round that included a string of 3-straight double bogeys on the back nine. Ouch.

Maybe that phone call wasn’t such a great decision.

It should be noted that Rory did appear to suffer a slight knee injury during the first round.
