During the eighth inning of last night’s Twins-Brewers game at Miller Park, a fan fell from the TGI Friday’s restaurant into the bullpen, and was taken off the field in a stretcher. “I thought he died,” said Brewers reliever Brandon Kintzler, via the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. “We were sitting there and (bullpen catcher) Marcus (Hamel) yelled, ‘Oh, gosh!’ We saw the net (over the bullpen area) come flying down. I think the net caught him, then he just face-planted. He didn’t move for a few minutes. I thought he was dead.”

A Brewers spokesman told the newspaper that the fan was conscious and alert on the way to the hospital.
