Yadier Molina Drilled Nori Aoki in the Head on a Throw Back to the Pitcher

Nori Aoki’s season-to-forget with the Royals hit a low point Thursday night when Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina nailed him square in the helmet with a throw back to the pitcher while he stood in the batter’s box. It’s too bad Aoki didn’t scream out, “I’m hit” as he theatrically sunk to the dirt.

It happened. Our own Jason Lisk saw it at Kauffman Stadium with his own very eyes.
