Mexico’s Giovani Dos Santos had two goals ruled offside in the first 30 minutes against Cameroon. On the first, Dos Santos was clearly on side. The second, with a deflected ball in the box, was a smidge more debatable. When in doubt, raise your flag and disrupt the natural outcome of play. This could be the second Group A match (out of two) decided by poor refereeing.
