Germany coach Joachim Loew wiped his nose with his hands, immediately before going in for the lingering, two-handed handshake with Cristiano Ronaldo. This was, we presume, inadvertent – Loew is no Jose Mourinho – but if Ronaldo catches a cold, you saw it here first.
