Gavin Floyd left last night’s Braves – Nationals game with a very weird looking elbow injury. Floyd was facing Jason Werth in the 7th inning when a weird bump appeared on his right elbow. Turns out Floyd fractured the bone on the tip of his elbow which resulted in the awkward swelling.
Gavin Floyd’s x-rays revealed a fracture of the olecranon. He will return to ATL for evaluation by Braves docs tomorrow.
