World Cup of Meat: Exquisite Cuisine in America from the Eight Remaining World Cup Countries

We’re down to eight teams left in the World Cup, which means we’re edging closer to a six-week stretch where baseball is the only game in town. In the meantime, I took it upon myself to do intrepid research about the meaty dish from each remaining country I’d most like to be inside me. As Katy Perry once said, no regrets — just love. This is what I found:

Brazil
