Bob Weir and RatDog played The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday night. Weir was a founding member of The Grateful Dead, so of course Bill Walton was there. He even joined the band on stage to play perussion. And then The Black Crowes’ Chris Robinson showed up and everybody collaborated on an extremely unnecessary 9-minute version of Hard to Handle, a song that the Black Crowes perfected in a third of the time nearly 25 years ago. Walton’s wife, Lori, was backstage.
