Fugitive Arrested After Giving His Opinion on Washington Redskins Name Change in Local Paper

Publicly expressing your opinion on the Washington Redskins name can be dangerous — especially if you are a wanted man. Jacob Close was arrested in Pennsylvania on Sunday, after previously jumping bail in New York on a drug and drunk driving case.
While maintaining a low profile might be best, sometimes it’s just too tempting to tell that very original joke. “I think they should keep the same name, but change the mascot to a potato.”
