South Carolina Self-Reported NCAA Violation For Improper Cookie Icing

The NCAA did away with its ludicrous food rules. But, they were still intact in 2013, when South Carolina self-reported for putting icing on a cookie cake given to recruits. The Gamecocks also reported themselves to the NCAA for the nefarious crime of placing trophies on a table in the locker room.
South Carolina may need to invest in some more hall monitors. Things have clearly gotten out of hand.
