Rally Possum & Josh Reddick Rubbing Teammates Beards Contribute to A's Win

The Oakland A’s beat the Rays 3-2 in 10 innings on Monday night. The game-winning run was driven in by Derek Norris with the bases loaded and two outs in the bottom of the 10th, but Norris didn’t really have to do anything. Josh Reddick did the heavy lifting by rubbing two teammates beards in the dugout. Rubbing two beards always results in a run. It’s right there in the Unwritten Rules of Baseball. And if that wasn’t going to work, they had already activated the rally possum.
