Yoenis Cespedes hit a very short triple in the Red Sox 3-2 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals in Boston on Tuesday night. Cespedes popped the ball up behind first, and 2nd baseman Kolten Wong was not able to make a diving catch. The ball glanced off his glove and rolled to the wall where right fielder Oscar Taveras and first baseman Matt Adams converged on the ball. Unfortunately, an overzealous Red Sox fan was there waiting to interfere.
