LeBron James has reportedly lost 10-12 pounds in a “no-carb” diet (Brian Windhorst discussed the specifics on the B.S. Report earlier this week), as you may have heard. These side-by-side comparisons show that LeBron has atoned for indulging after his second championship and wedding last summer. (He never looked terrible or anything, obviously.)
Extrapolating from LeBron’s decision to slim down, it seems as though the Cavs plan on running up and down the floor like gazelles next season, which may be an apt strategy given Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love’s deficiencies on defense.
