Roberto Martinez, the Everton manager, made a star turn this summer during ESPN’s standout coverage of the 2014 World Cup. The Spaniard allowed himself to get wrapped up in Steven Naismith’s goal, which put his team ahead 2-1 before halftime against Leicester. I’m not an expert lip-reader, but I don’t think you can say that on television.
[Update] Leicester scored a late equalizer and the match finished 2-2.
