Nick Saban Getting Decleated on Kickoff Coverage Playing High School Football in 1968
By Jason McIntyre
Nick Saban is a brilliant football mind, can sufficiently do the Electric Slide, and he’s living large on his new $6.9 million contract.
Also, he once got decleated on kickoff coverage playing high school football in 1968. This GIF comes courtesy of Tide Sports, which went back to West Virginia to chronicle the life of Saban.
Somehow, Saban survived this hit and went on to play at Kent State.
Saban’s Crimson Tide open the season Saturday at 3:30 against West Virginia (ABC). Alabama is a 26.5 point favorite.
