Did Rory McIlroy and Sergio Garcia Mock Caroline Wozniacki's U.S. Open Racquet Snafu?

Caroline Wozniacki got her hair tangled up in her racquet last week during her run to today’s U.S. Open women’s final. It appears that her ex, Rory McIlory, saw the clip and (for some reason) decided to have a laugh about it Saturday with playing partner Sergio Garcia at the BMW Championship.
Golf blogger Adam Sarson compared the two incidents with one handy GIF:

If true, it’s a dick move by McIlory, but (ahem) par for the course from Garcia.
