Penn State Fans Celebrate Reinstatement, Chant "Where's the Statue?"

Penn State had its postseason eligibility reinstated by the NCAA today (a cynic might surmise that this move was announced at the moment the fewest people would notice). As the independent student newspaper Onward State is doing a phenomenal job chronicling, fans have hit the Old Main area of campus in droves. They’re still upset Joe Paterno’s wins and statue were removed, and that fervent support still looks patently absurd from an outsider’s perspective.
