Caleb Rowe Comes Off the Bench for Maryland After C.J. Brown Gets Helmet Knocked Off, Throws Nice Touchdown Pass

C.J. Brown got his helmet taken off while sliding on an 8 yard run near the end of the first half between Maryland (sporting the Star Spangled Banner uniforms) and West Virginia. It could have been called targeting, it was close, as the defender went helmet first but appeared to get Brown with his shoulder.

Caleb Rowe immediately came in and completed two passes, including this nice touchdown pass to the end zone to hit Jacquille Veii. Not sure how that pass got through. West Virginia leads 28-20 at the half.
