Derek Jeter, man. Only Derek Jeter. In his final game in Yankee Stadium, The Captain drove in the game-winning run against the Baltimore Orioles in his last at-bat in his last game in New York. The Yankees beat the Orioles 6-5. Jeter finished 2-5 at the plate and had his final error in front of the Bronx crowd.
