Hunter Pence Gives Rousing, F-Bomb Laden Playoff-Clinching Speech

Hunter Pence — he of unorthodox hitting and fielding mechanics — gave this fantastic speech in the Giants locker room after they clinched an NL Wild Card berth last night. I’m not going to transcribe it, but Pence sounds eerily like Ricky from Trailer Park Boys, riling up Bubbles, Julian, Corey, and Trevor for the next (doomed) caper. In any event, it must have been inspiring because, an indeterminate time later, Madison Bumgarner was shotgunning beers.
