Fantasy Football Starter Rankings: Arian Foster and Calvin Johnson are Playing, DeAngelo Williams to Carry Load in Carolina

The official inactive list for the early NFL games is out. Few surprises today, as most of the players who were questionable, among the fantasy relevant players, will be going. Arian Foster is active, our projection has him limited from the full load where he was in the first two weeks prior to injury, but he is a still a start. Calvin Johnson and Brandon Marshall are must starts. Eric Decker is active, but if you have other options, he might be limited again.

Jake Locker is out, putting Charlie Whitehurst in the starting role, though I hope that is not an option you were waiting to exercise. At tight end, the big one we are waiting on is Vernon Davis in the late afternoon game. Delanie Walker is active for Tennessee.

DeAngelo Williams, meanwhile, goes from being out last week to having a good opportunity for numbers this week. Mike Tolbert is on the IR (with chance to return) and Jonathan Stewart is also inactive this week. That moves Williams up to a RB2 option.
