John Wall & Dion Waiters Are in a Fun Preseason War of Words

John Wall of the Wizards, Monday: “We’ve got the best backcourt in the NBA.”
Dion Waiters of the Cavs, Monday, after being told of the Wall comment: “That’s nonsense.”
John Wall, Tuesday, in reaction to Waiters: “You gotta win a playoff game first before you can talk. You gotta be a starter first.”
Sick burn.
Hopefully, this will reignite the bad blood that the Cavs and the Wizards had during LeBron’s 1st tour of duty in Cleveland. Who can forget this Gilbert Arenas moment at the foul line with LeBron? And DeShawn Stevenson thinking he was hard, clobbering LeBron, nearly touching off a brawl? The Cavs knocked the Wizards out of the playoffs from 2006-2008.
