Justin Verlander retired the first eight batters of Friday’s ALDS Game Two vs. the Orioles. He couldn’t get Jonathan Schoop out with two strikes and the Baltimore No. 9 hitter hit a single into center. Nick Markakis followed with a lengthy at bat that resulted in a line-drive two-run shot to right that barely cleared the low fence. The ball bounced into the field and the umpires asked for a review. On review the homer stood up and the Orioles, ahead 1-0 in the Series, took a quick 2-0 lead.

After the commercial break TBS offered up this useful (?) image of the outfield. The Oriole Park ground rules can be found here.

The Tigers responded with five runs in the top of the fourth to take a 5-2 lead on homers by J.D. Martinez and Nick Castellanos, chasing Baltimore starter Wei-Yen Chen.
