Oh baseball. Game 4 of the NLDS between the Giants and Nationals turned on a wild pitch in the bottom of the seventh in a tie game. With the bases loaded Joe Panik scored what proved to be the series-winning run on a wild pitch by Aaron Barrett. The Nationals, a 96-win team during the regular season, were unable to come back over the final two innings and ended up losing 3-2.

The Giants and Cardinals will begin the NLCS Saturday in St. Louis. The two teams have represented the National League in the last four World Series.
