Cam Newton Wore a Salmon Shirt and a Black Bow-Tie at His Post-Game Presser
Cam Newton was called upon to do a whole hell of a lot in today’s tie with the Bengals. In addition to 46 pass attempts, Newton ran the ball 17 times for 107 yards; he’s been nursing an ankle injury all season, and this is probably more rushes than he should be doing if he’s to remain upright for the rest of the year.
Nevertheless, Newton shows up to the post-game podium in a dapper outfit in a win, lose, or draw. To my eyes, the salmon shirt, kerchief, and button go nicely with the black blazer and bow-tie, but it’s not a look I’d ever be ambitious enough to attempt.
