Colin Kaepernick covered the Beats By Dre logos on his headphones after getting fined $10,000 for not doing so last week. Tom Brady, Richard Sherman, and Cam Newton wore the brand’s headphones — without covering up — before their games on Sunday, but that’s evidently allowed before games, just not after them. The NFL is weird about a bunch of stuff, and Beats continues to reap the rewards in free advertising exposure.
