Blake Griffin has had his first altercation of the 2014-2015 NBA season! How exciting is that!? During the third quarter of the Clippers’ 101-97 win over the Utah Jazz, Griffin took a hard foul from Trevor Booker on a fast break. Griffin then got in Booker’s face and grabbed the back of his head. The players had to be separated. Booker was given a flagrant-1. Griffin, Booker and Chris Paul were all assessed technical fouls. All because Blake Griffin couldn’t play it cool.

Booker went up for a hard foul and had his hand headed towards the ball until Blake brought it down. That’s when he got him across the nose and appeared to try and hold him up. Yeah, it probably didn’t feel good, but what is Griffin thinking? It’s a preseason game, the Clippers want to win a title and the Jazz are going to win 25 games.
