Darren Rovell is Concerned About Justin Brent Possibly Being in Violation of Notre Dame's Student Conduct Policy

So yeah, here we are. A Notre Dame player is seen with an apparently famous porn star. (My only question–and this may drive a wedge in the relationship–how does she feel about that offensive pass interference call?) Darren Rovell, of course, chimes in with the Notre Dame Code of Conduct section on sex.

I’m not going there, assuming or not assuming anything. My only advice to Brent, just like with autographs, is plausible deniability. Yeah, there are a lot of my autographs out there/I was seen at a public event with a porn star, but that does not mean I got paid/laid.

Practically speaking, Notre Dame wouldn’t actually even go down this road, would they? Recruiting is a cutthroat and competitive place as it is.
