Steve Smith came down with it, but alas, it came back for offensive pass interference. Push-off and legitimate call or flop by the defensive back? This is far more of a judgment call than players intentionally running a play to set picks and open up a player. Smith is entitled to space, but does put his hands on George Iloka.

Huge call, and now the Ravens have been swept by the previously floundering Cincinnati Bengals, and the AFC North just became very interesting.
