Fantasy Football Starter Rankings, Week 9: Robert Griffin III and A.J. Green, Weather Issues in New England

Robert Griffin III returns to play for Washington, so you know what that means. Reports that he has alienated teammates. Remember when Kirk Cousins had that good game that time? Now it’s Colt McCoy.

In other news, A.J. Green is back in the lineup, which means that I would like to re-introduce fantasy players to this guy named Andy Dalton.

The biggest news of the day, though, might be what to do with players in the New England and Denver game. The weather there is bad right now, but snow is never the concern. High winds are what destroys passing games. I’ve bumped both quarterbacks down from where they would have been in good conditions, but on this short week, it’s not like you are benching them anyway. The bigger questions will be at other positions, such as New England running back. Denver’s rush defense is tough, and I’m not sure that Jonas Gray gets a huge boost here. I would probably err on caution if I had anyone similar to start, but in most cases, you are not going to have similar options to Julius Thomas or Demaryius Thomas.
