Fantasy Football Starter Rankings, Week 10: Fred Jackson, Sammy Watkins, and Tony Romo are Active

The inactive list is out for the early games. Among the mild surprises, both Fred Jackson and Sammy Watkins will be active for the key game in Buffalo against the Chiefs. Tony Romo will also play in the game against the Jaguars in London, as a heavy dose of Brandon Weeden is apparently the best treatment for a sore back.
