Fantasy Football Starter Rankings, Week 11: Arian Foster Out, Kyle Rudolph and Rashad Jennings Return to Action

Arian Foster could not get healthy over the bye week, and was declared out with a groin injury. That means Alfred Blue again gets a start against Cleveland. Giovani Bernard is also missing a third straight game, so Jeremy Hill will get most of the carries for the Bengals against Cincinnati.

Meanwhile, a few prominent fantasy options are back. Rashad Jennings is back for the Giants today, Kyle Rudolph is active against the Bears, and Montee Ball is back for Denver just as Ronnie Hillman is out, though most expect C.J. Anderson to get the most carries in Ball’s first week back.
