Creighton Freshman Doused With Beer on Diving Save Attempt

Toby Hegner, a freshman at Creighton, was showered with beer after diving for a loose ball on Wednesday night against Oklahoma. Hegner was upset with himself for not saving the ball, but bounced right up, wiped himself off and got back on the court. The Blue Jays, who are now playing without star Doug McDermott, ended up beating Oklahoma 65-63 to improve to 3-0.
