Jonas Gray is the Latest Casualty of a Dead Phone Battery

Jonas Gray, who rushed for four touchdowns and over 200 yards last Sunday in a win against the Colts, was sent home from Patriots practice by Bill Belichick today for being late. What was the cause for the tardiness? Weather? Traffic? AM/PM mix-up?

Happens to the best of us. Multiple reports indicate that Gray later returned to the facility to apologize to Belichick, which is very different from the way Adalius Thomas reacted when snow/traffic caused a similar situation a few years ago, saying “It’s not the Jetsons, I can’t jump up and just fly.”
