Referee Got Knocked Out On Opening Tip During Vanderbilt vs. La Salle Game

Referee Rick Crawford was knocked out, after being hit with an elbow during the opening tip off of the Vanderbilt vs. La Salle game at the Barclay’s center. He was removed from the court on a stretcher and taken to the hospital.
