Marvin Lewis called Johnny Manziel a midget on a radio interview with WLW. The context, to the extent you need it, is that Lewis said, per Mary Kay Cabot, “you gotta defend the offense, you don’t defend the player . . . particularly a midget.”
We’ll just put that down and leave that here. Yikes.
