Mississippi State Hypes Its Trip to the Orange Bowl with the Help of Miami Vice

Mississippi State will play Georgia Tech in the Orange Bowl on New Year’s Eve. The Bulldogs athletic department is pret-tay, pret-tay excited about the pending trip to South Beach, or so this Miami Vice-inspired video would lead you to believe. There’s no sense quibbling that the final original Miami Vice episode aired in 1990 — well before most current undergrads and student athletes were born, since this photoshop of coach Dan Mullen is tremendous.

Allow this to serve as a reminder that Jan Hammer‘s theme song is still great.
