Barkevious Mingo Nearly Killed Andy Dalton on This Head Shot

Barkevious Mingo, Cleveland’s No. 1 draft pick in 2013, absolutely destroyed Cincinnati QB Andy Dalton on this 3rd down pass attempt in the 1st quarter. The floated harmlessly to the ground. Time to punt!
The problem, of course, was that Mingo drilled Dalton in the head, and a flag was thrown. (Cleveland’s defense had two of these in the first six miutes.) It prolonged the drive – later, the Bengals converted a 4th and 4 to AJ Green – and the Bengals scored on a Jeremy Hill TD run to grab a 7-0 lead over the Browns as Johnny Manziel gets ready to take the field.
