Geno Smith Got Punched by Jurrell Casey, Who Somehow Wasn't Ejected

Geno Smith completed a long pass to Eric Decker, but that’s wasn’t the highlight from the Jets-Titans. After the play, Geno Smith was talking with the Titans players and got hit upside the helmet by Jurrell Casey’s hand.
That, of course, prompted an all-out brouhaha (or was it a donnybrook?) Flags were thrown, but somehow Casey avoided the ejection.
