Villanova's Darrun Hilliard Kicked in the Face By Syracuse Player Crowd-Surfing on Teammate's Back

There’s really no way to describe what happened on this play. It ends with Darrun Hilliard II getting kicked in the face by Syracuse freshman Chris McCullough. McCullough, of course, was on the back of Villanova’s Josh Hart at the time. It was crowd surfing on a crowd of one. Then, upon watching the replay of Hilliard taking a sneaker to the face, Gus Johnson proclaims, “He should be okay.”
